Dear Customer,

Thank you very much for purchasing CUKUSIN products! All our products are innovative and of high technological value, designed for user-friendly operation, ensuring you enjoy perfect quality, optimal performance, and convenient user experience effortlessly. If your product encounters any issues, our CUKUSIN service team will promptly handle your warranty needs.

Any legally purchased products from our company are entitled to warranty service within the warranty period, which is exclusively applicable to CUKUSIN products. The consumer rights stipulated in the prevailing laws of various countries and the rights asserted by consumers against distributors in purchase contracts are independent and effective, not affected by CUKUSIN's warranty policy.

CUKUSIN Warranty Terms:

The warranty period begins from the date of customer purchase and ends 24 months thereafter. Your valid purchase receipt serves as the warranty entitlement.

CUKUSIN After-sales Service Policy:

I. Free Repair Policy: Basic Terms:

  • Warranty becomes effective from the delivery date.
  • Please keep your purchase invoice or relevant documents (such as screenshots of e-commerce orders) as crucial evidence for warranty services.
  • Applicable only to CUKUSIN products purchased and used through official US direct channels or designated dealers (including online official cross-border e-commerce channel stores).
  • Ownership of replaced parts within the warranty scope belongs to CUKUSIN and will be recycled.
  • Consumable products such as engine oil, gasoline, spark plugs, filters, etc., are not covered under the warranty policy.
  • Promotional gifts accompanying the purchase of CUKUSIN products are not covered under the warranty policy.

Warranty Period:

  • CUKUSIN Engine: 1 year
  • CUKUSIN Shaft: 1 year

Warranty Coverage:

  • If, after inspection by CUKUSIN, your product is confirmed to have malfunctions caused by material, craftsmanship, or functional defects, CUKUSIN will provide free repairs or replacement parts. The warranty period for products after free repairs or replacement parts shall be the longer of:
    • The remaining period of the original warranty.
    • 90 natural days from the date of delivery after repair or replacement parts are delivered to you.
  • CUKUSIN will not provide free warranty services for your product during the warranty period under the following circumstances:
    • Damage or malfunctions caused by improper use as per the instructions in the operation manual, including improper maintenance.
    • Normal wear and tear, consumable parts, etc. (consumable parts include throttle cables, spark plugs, blades, etc.).
    • Failures or damages caused by using CUKUSIN products for purposes other than normal watercraft or boat applications.
    • Damage or malfunctions caused by using non-CUKUSIN original accessories or parts, or repairs or modifications by non-CUKUSIN or its authorized service centers.
    • Incorrect installation.
    • Damage caused by improper cleaning. Estimated Work Time: Our goal is to provide after-sales advice on the first working day after you contact CUKUSIN after-sales service. After receiving the product that needs repair, we will repair it within 3 working days and return the product to the consumer. Actual repair time depends on specific circumstances.

Other:

  • Pursuant to US laws and regulations, if a whole unit replacement occurs within the legal framework, the warranty period of the replaced product shall be recalculated from the date of replacement.
  • Within the limits allowed by law, this policy may be updated from time to time. For specific inquiries, please contact the official after-sales email or consult the customer service of the purchase channel.

II. Paid Repair Costs: Our repair costs depend on the specific issue and your warranty status. If the issue falls within the warranty coverage and is within the warranty period, you are not required to pay repair costs or associated shipping fees. If the issue is not within the warranty coverage or is beyond the warranty period, you will be responsible for paying out-of-warranty repair costs and associated shipping fees, as detailed below. However, not all issues are repairable. If your product is severely damaged, or damaged due to unauthorized modification or repair, we may not be able to provide repair services.

Out-of-Warranty Repair Costs are calculated as follows:

  • Out-of-warranty repair costs consist of labor costs and material costs. Labor costs are uniformly priced at $50 USD per repair. If the user chooses to purchase spare parts for self-replacement, there will be no additional charge.
  • Material costs are priced according to the material price list (available on the official website), calculated by combining the actual materials involved in the repair.
  • Out-of-warranty repair costs are the sum of labor costs and material costs.
  • Shipping costs for sending and returning products are calculated based on product specifications and shipping distance according to the quotation of the logistics company. The customer bears the express delivery fees involved in out-of-warranty repairs.

Please note: Old parts replaced in paid repair services will be uniformly arranged for environmental disposal by CUKUSIN.

III. Cleaning and Maintenance Services: We recommend following the guidelines in the product operation manual to regularly clean the product according to its actual usage, thereby optimizing performance and durability.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

  • Purchase receipts that have been altered or are difficult to identify in any way.
  • Model and/or serial numbers on the product (if any) have been removed, altered, or become difficult to identify.
  • Unauthorized companies or individuals have performed repairs, modifications, and/or alterations on the product.
  • Incorrect operation of the product contrary to the instructions in the user manual.
  • The product cannot function properly because it was not developed, manufactured, admitted, and/or authorized for use in the country where the product is intended to be used. For example, if the product was purchased abroad, it falls under this category.
  • Customers were aware of defects in the product at the time of purchase.
  • Malfunctions caused by failure to maintain, clean, and maintain the product according to the instructions in the user manual.
  • Malfunctions caused by misuse, improper operation, and/or non-compliant use of the product according to the instructions in the user manual.
  • Normal wear and tear or consumable parts of the product or product components classified as consumable parts (such as blades, spark plugs, filters, etc.).
  • Damage caused by animals, lightning, abnormal voltage, fire, floods, environmental disasters, or transportation.
